Fully understand different types of boundaries and where in your life you need them regardless of whether your boundaries are too rigid, too soft, or you have no boundaries at all.

Have the confidence to set, communicate, and enforce your boundaries even if you typically avoid conflict or have a hard time standing up for yourself.

Become a valued member of a small group where you share, support, and practice with others in a safe space, designed to encourage even the most shy and introverted people to explore their feelings and interact with others.

Maria and Kelly are both coaches, working moms and experienced professionals in highly competitive fields.

Kelly Carter, MD is an emergency room physician and a certified life coach. She is balancing her medical career, co-directing physician burnout support groups, one-on-one coaching, family life raising two daughters, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Maria Limitovskiy, Jur. Dr. is the founder of the Burnout Solution Center, burnout prevention coach, and a mom of 3. She builds on a 25-year career in the financial industry.
